Finish Line offers personal training in-house to work with each person individually to meet their goals. Jessica Thomas, owner of Vibe Health & Fitness, is training out of our rehabilitative gym!
Lifestyle changes don’t happen overnight and they certainly don’t happen from personal training sessions alone, but with your hard work and commitment and our support and motivation we will help you reach your fitness goals! We train clients at a variety of locations, offering you absolute convenience. Whether you want the privacy of your own home or work location, or the atmosphere of a gym, we offer personal training flexibility with locations. We offer a competitive personal training cost and offer a variety of different cost levels, from one-on-one personal training, to group rates. Items of note: If you must cancel, please cancel within 24 hours of your class or appointment to avoid being charged. Sessions are paid in full at or prior to your first session. There are NO refunds. You may transfer unused sessions to be used with in the expiration date. Rates may vary depending on location.

A diverse exercise program with each client’s goals and needs in mind. Whether it is weight or fat loss, muscle and strength gain, toning, endurance, balance, or flexibility, we will design a custom work out for you. Workouts can be performed inside or outdoors weather permitting.
SMALL GROUP AND PARTNER PERSONAL TRAINING
For up to 3 people. Share the benefits of working with a personal training with your family, friends, or coworkers while reducing the cost. Still focusing on individual goals, adding a little friendly competition, motivation, and teamwork will make this a fun and productive way of training.
Group personal fitness classes are an excellent way to condition the full body by blending interval, plyometric, and strength training. Classes are 45 min. each and include warm up, work out, and cool down.

Meet Jessica Thomas
I have always had a passion for fitness and participated in a variety of fitness activities growing up, including competitive gymnastics, cheerleading, dance, and swimming. I remember having active parents and a very health conscious mom. As a child, I didn’t understand the vitamins, the rules about no soda pop and very little junk food, and wished we could go to McDonald’s more than twice a year. Now as an adult I understand and appreciate the great example, and am educating my five kids in hopes that they will be an example to their own families one day.
I did go through a time in my life where I gained weight and was not happy with the way that I looked or felt. As with many busy moms, I found myself taking care of everybody but myself. I just sort of let myself go and didn’t even realize the unhealthy state I had fallen into. I was often tired, moody and even felt depressed at times. My wake up call came while doing research on my husband’s battle with Crohn’s disease. During my studies I realized how important diet and exercise is for our lives. It was then that I started taking time out for myself, which resulted in weight loss, and a more energized, happier me. I also knew then that I wanted to be part of helping people live a healthy lifestyle.
Now I prioritize time for myself, and by doing that…taking that time to exercise and maintain my body’s health and wellness, it helps me to be a better mom, wife, and person. It gives me more energy and uplifts my spirit. If you don’t like the way that you look or feel, change it. This is your life and you have to be in control. There is no quick fix and it may be hard, but with support you can do it. Taking care of ourselves is a commitment that takes discipline, determination, and dedication, but it’s one of the best things that we can do for ourselves, and our loved ones, and our quality of life.
We were all created to be very unique, no one else is like you. We all have our own vibe. I want to help you find your vibe, what works best for your body, your personality, and your goals of living a healthy lifestyle, so that you can be a happier you!
